With the opening of the new Walmart Supercenter in Rexburg, Idaho, there are some exciting opportunities between the community and this company.  After a call to corporate offices, we realized that their desire is to integrate with and serve the communities however they can.

One of the ways we hope to get Walmart to support the values of this community is by closing on Sundays.  By so doing, Walmart employees, managers, and contracted workers will be able to practice their faith and spend needed time with family.

We the undersigned urge Walmart to close the Rexburg Supercenter on Sundays, allowing people in the community to practice widely held religious beliefs regarding Sabbath day worship.
