Walkers are Welcome Evesham

Walkers are Welcome Evesham
The Issue
Evesham Rambling Club has been working for five years towards attaining Walkers are Welcome accreditation for the town of Evesham and we are almost there.
This national initiative exists to develop and promote walking in areas with something to offer, assisting with a communities' economic, physical, health and mental well-being through walking.
Evesham Rambling Club is now working closely with Evesham Town Council and Wychavon District Council and a steering group has been formed. When we succeed, we will be the first town in Worcestershire to gain this status.
This is where you come in.
We now need to demonstrate popular local support from the community. In particular we require 5% of the population of Evesham or 1300 signatures of support.
If you live in the Evesham postcode area WR11 then please sign this campaign in support of gaining accreditation and help put your town on the Walkers are Welcome map!
Thank you!
