This bar is noisy, it brings massive crowds and lines taking over the sidewalk in a residential area. People smoke outside, shout loudly, and there is sometimes even dangerous behavior. It affects our quality of life, and can be threatening for the residents of Walker Street. 95% of this street is residential. This petition does not by any means aim to shut down all the bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, but implores the community to keep in mind the importance of their locations so that every resident of the neighborhood can live the quality of life they deserve. Walker Street between Church and Broadway should not have a bar in the middle.
