Students demand action:
My intent is to speak on the behalf of my peers and stand in solidarity with schools and kids impacted by ice in states like Minnesota and even our own,here in Texas.We refuse to let our futures and the lives of others be thrownaway. We walkout demanding our country changes its current course.

Why:
Alex Pretti is one of the many lives lost to ice.Whos death has been constantly excused with the fact that he was legally carrying a firearm. Students are left to ask which one is it?
The right to bear arms which has permitted events like the 233 school shootings at k-12 schools in 2025 alone? Or practicing that right and it excusing the lives lost like Alex pretti and others like Keith Porter?
