Waitrose offhandedly claimed in a tweet that they ‘hadn’t heard of Jan Molby’ after mob-handedly clearing Troy Hawke of the Greeters Guild from the front of their Sheffield store.

Repeated attempts to have them apologise personally to Jan for the heartless casual dismissal of his identity from their minds been ignored by their media team. 

Now there is no choice but to force their hand
