Cats have allegedly been dumped in freezers and left to die and dozens of other animals have disappeared from official records at a council animal shelter.

 NOTE: There are three petitions on this same issue. Not one is more important than the other, and not one is the "official" petition.

Remember, it is about the animals, not who's got the most signatures.

That being said, this petition is not affiated in anyway with the petition created by the three volunteers.
