Pavlov is going to get ported to the Oculus Quest but davevillz (developer) has decided that it wouldn't be cross-compatible for two reasons.

1. Headsets on PC have a higher refresh rate.
2. The Oculus Quest doesn't have the Steam Workshop.

I don't think these reasons should be why Pavlov shouldn't have cross-play. There are easy workarounds to this problem. For #1 is a majority of users likely wouldn't care if the headsets have different refresh rates, when playing any cross-play online  game I could guarantee 99% of the time players monitors won't have the same refresh rates. For reason #2 you could just have people cross-play in vanilla Pavlov. Cross-Play would be a great selling point and would have the community grow stronger. Thanks for your time, hopefully this helps.
