Voting rights for eligible NRIs

Voting rights for eligible NRIs
The Issue
Hi, and Sharanu Sharanarthi and jai Bhim to all Sagarottara Kannadigaru and Non-Resident Indians.
Sagarottara Kannadigaru has taken the initiative and fought for the rights of voting rights of NRIs logically and constructively.
We Sagarottara Kannadigaru believe in the constitution of India envisioned and drafted by the great humanitarian and champion of human rights Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar! Hence, we felt the need and demand of fellow NRIs' interest to participate in the world's largest democracy, we felt that NRIs were left out in the franchising of their votes, hence we appealed to the election commission of India via the chief election officer in the Karnataka, and expressed the concerns about facilitating the voting for NRIs in their respective countries of residence either via postal voting or special facilities made via embassies of the Indian government.
As we believe in the constitution of India, via one of our co-founders of the Sagarottara Kannadigaru CIC UK, have submitted a PIL to the High Court of Karnataka and we were answered that voting isn't a fundamental right hence we can't instruct the government to fulfill your request, however, they have not squashed the possibilities to go to the apex court which is the supreme court of India. Hence, we appreciate the leadership of Mr. Ravi Mahadev who believes in the democratic values and founding principles and values of Sagarottara Kannadigaru, took the initiative and invested his previous time and money and constantly, persisting efforts now seeking your valuable support for the democratic right to vote for the Non-Resident Indians.
Hence, we seek the support of NRIs to sign this campaign to express your solidarity to get empowered to franchise your democratic right.
This is the first ever fight in independent India to seek the rights for NRIs their democratic rights, which is based on our mission to represent the Kannadigaru now we have realized that more than linguistic identity we are representing the overseas Indians who are eligible to vote however deprived of the voting due to lack of facilitation by the Indian government.
Hence, we request Kannadigaru and NRIs to support the plea of Sagarottara Kannadigaru to facilitate voting for eligible NRIs across the globe either via postal vote or voting facilities at the embassies to express democratic rights.
Please do sign the campaign and share on your social profiles with #MyVoteMyRight and #ನನ್ನಮತನನ್ನಹಕ್ಕು.
We Sagarottara Kannadigaru promise you that we will take it to the logical reasoning and conclusion.
Yours,
Sagarottara Kannadigaru
