Dear signers, THANK YOU for standing in favor of a better, fairer way to vote! With your help, we pushed this idea into some important circles, including high up in the Evan McMullin and Johnson-Weld campaigns. We're still waiting to see if either of them take this on as part of their platform (please let me know on FB if any of you want to write them and politely ask them!). It seems like the time has all but passed for any alternative voting systems to be enacted this year. BUT, if we keep the pressure up, I believe significant segments of both major parties, as well as minor parties and independents, will be amenable to such changes. Everyone can see what a disaster this year's presidential race has been, and the rifts in the parties aren't going away overnight. So please join us in our new Facebook group, Americans for Voting Freedom (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1760587800878920/ ), so we can work together to press for change across the country during next year's state legislative sessions. Now is still the best time for change we've seen in decades! Let's keep this going and give ourselves and other voters real voting freedom!
