We The People in order to form a more perfect union of The United States of America demand action under Constitutional Law when commanders must initiate lawfully achieved measures. It's these commanders that have the responsibility to describe in their legislature the true nature of the reasoning for said proposal, in this case all mandates on a federal level or what is considered an executive edict.

The millions of people who have chosen not to follow mandates, who have been revealed to have been subject to scrutiny due to an apparent non submission to follow said mandates, have been singled out to be subject to a mandate, otherwise known as warranted scrutiny.

Our Constitutional Law only conditions the limitation of federal and states' issuing balance of power between themselves, the power sharing within a state, under it's own constitution, and between state legislators, executives & local government agencies such as school boards.

Your focus is necessary to remain on the side of the commanders in these cases in guidance of the duty to perform regulations to police said issues. The question lies in this ability to perform at this capacity and justifiably enact the proper conformation of this act.

If We The People of this country allow these commanders to further any more deliberate action against the millions of people subject to these commandments, they will find themselves in violation of Constitutional Law.
