Petition to APPROVE Proposed Dispensary at 7909 Bruceville Rd in Sacramento, CA 95823 on December 8th, 2022 Planning and Design Commission Hearing.

We, the undersigned equity community; local business owners, staff, and community members of the City of Sacramento, District 8 – Mai Vang Councilmember, petition the Planning and Design Commissioners of Sacramento to vote FOR the City Staff APPROVED above named project.

Supporting Statements:

Statement 1:  We support, are neutral, or do not oppose the opening of this black woman owned equity business, cannabis dispensary, at 7909 Bruceville Rd in Sacramento, CA 95823.

Statement 2:  We are aware of any nearby “sensitive uses” and believe the propose dispensary will not be a nuisance, burden, or be detrimental to those sensitive use businesses.

Statement 3: We are aware of 1 other open dispensary in District 5 and 1 other approved conditional use permit for a proposed dispensary in District 8 and do not agree in the threat of oversaturating currently.
