We, the undersigned G6 Hospitality/Motel 6 franchisees, cast a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE in Ritesh Agarwal's leadership. Our contracts were signed under Blackstone's stable ownership—now OYO's predatory practices threaten our livelihoods and the brand's future.

Core Grievances:

• Ritesh Agarwal's changes to the brand are the catalyst for the brand being in a crisis situation.
• Motel 6 and Studio 6 owners face bait and switch on their legacy contracts signed with Blackstone.
• Unilateral CPDB Imposition: Forced scam-prone billing with delays, 4% fees, and changing the billing business model.
• No spokesman.
• No support.
• No credible infrastructure for the brand anymore.

DEMANDS (30 Days):

• Release any location from contracts without liquidated damages or penalties.
• Ritesh Agarwal's resignation from G6 Hospitality.
• Immediate release of OTA billing thru G6 and move to direct pay between property and OTA.
• Removal of CPDB billing for all locations requesting to opt out.

No Action = Escalation: Class action lawsuit, reports to the Federal Trade commission, media exposure of G6 franchise destruction by Ritesh Agarwal.
