We, the undersigned parents, guardians, teachers, and community members of Fort Sam Houston ISD, hereby express our vote of No Confidence in the current superintendent.

We believe the superintendent has failed to provide ethical and accountable leadership, specifically by:

Retaliating against parents who raise legitimate concerns.
Intimidating teachers into silence.
Undermining the trust, safety, and welfare of the students and staff of this district.

Our children deserve a superintendent who leads with integrity, transparency, and respect for the voices of this community.

We therefore formally call upon the Fort Sam Houston ISD School Board to take immediate action to address this leadership failure and to begin the process of finding a superintendent worthy of our district.

This resolution is signed in solidarity by members of the Fort Sam Houston ISD community.
