
Dear Denver Friends and Allies to Overturn Nicotine Ban,
Below is a quick update about our progress to win the election on November 4, 2025 in Denver, Colorado and overturn the unjust Denver flavor ban. We are the No on Referendum 310 side.
1. The opposition is scared. Michael Bloomberg just donated $1,500,000 million dollars to the opposition. The opponents see what our two polls revealed: the opposition has never polled above 50%, the ballot language is confusing, and we are the default NO side. Also, Denver voters are concerned about the recent $250 million dollars of budget cuts and hundreds of Denver employees who were laid off. If the ban is enacted, hundreds of Denver family-owned businesses will go bankrupt, which will further exacerbate Denver's budget crisis. We have been highlighting these facts in our voter communications.
2. Ballots drop on October 10, 2025. There are 533,000 registered voters in Denver. We anticipate a 33% turnout.
3. Our C4 organization, Citizen Power, has generated $575,000 since January. We still need to generate $250,000 to fully fund our digital and direct mail program. We need your support now more than ever. To donate, contact Joe Miklosi or donate online at www.CitizenPowerDenver.org
4. We have been implementing a robust social media strategy since July that includes weekly emailing 61,000 targeted, active Denver voters. Our social media firm designed and is boosting dozens of Instagram and Facebook advertisements to targeted voter demographics in Denver. Our team also designed a fantastic 30-second advertisement that you can view at www.CitizenPowerDenver.org The ad is being viewed on YouTube and half a dozen other streaming services.
5. Our 61 Denver vape stores distributed 5,000 brochures to customers last week, distributed 100 yard signs in key intersections in Denver, and one donor even purchased electronic billboards during rush hour in two high-traffic intersections in Denver.
6. We are sending 74,000 texts to targeted Denver voters beginning Saturday.
7. Phone banking started last week because ballots drop on October 10, 2025.
8. The opponents forgot to submit public comments in the Denver Blue Book, which will be mailed to all 533,000 Denver voters this week. We submitted strong comments in the Blue Book. See Blue Book comments below on page 11.
9. We have been generating free earned media in local Denver publications, such as Colorado Politics, Westword, and the Denver Post. We also have featured Denver vape store owners on three of the local broadcast networks, including Denver ABC, CBS, and FOX. NBC will do a truth check on ads that will lean in our favor.
10. Finally, Referendum 310 is the last item on the Denver ballot on page four. See link below. We predict a 70% undervote. The ballot positioning and the confusing ballot language will assist us.
