Dear Vaping Store Owner and Friend,
During the last two years, we have battled anti-vaping forces in 41 Colorado municipalities. We won 33 of those battles and lost eight of them.
Today marks the first step (in a three stop process) in the journey to win Denver. We must protect adults' right to use flavored vaping to quit smoking more harmful cigarettes.
There are three ways you can support the cause today.
1. Show up today at 10:30am at the Denver City Council chambers at 1437 Bannock Street in Denver. 4th Floor. We only are allowed 15 minutes of public testimony but we need to show support for our right to vape!
Keep in mind that today is the committee hearing. There will be a 1st reading and a 2nd reading in the FULL Denver City Council in mid to late October. Exact dates TBD. Our goal is to amend the bill to include "age restricted stores" to be allowed to sell flavored vaping products.

3. If you attend in-person, there might be an opportunity for you to interact with the Denver City Councilors on the committee one-on-one in the hallway. Share your story if you see them. Always address them as "Councilor".
