Please read on this bill yourself, but we will stick to the facts. 
LEGALMO2022 ONLY helps the rich. 

• It creates a monopoly on business by limiting licenses to only a handful of rich people, pushing most normal Missourians out of the system! The proposed lottery system for the added 114 licenses seems like a joke. We should have a more free and open market for everyone! 
• Lack of competition artificially inflates prices, which in turn just puts more money into the black market as consumers look for more affordable pricing. 
• Steals from veterans!! Remember, DHSS spent 6 million dollars of veterans money to defend their own corruption. This bill puts DHSS in control of millions more!
• Home growers must continue to waive their 4th amendment rights to unreasonable search and seizure! 
• Does not eliminate marijuana related crimes! People can still get fined for possession and use of marijuana. 

Remember if we vote no now, it does not mean its a no forever! We can wait for a better initiative to come along or for LegalMO2022 to make the changes we deserve!
