UPDATE just in from Thad Altman's office:  The attorney for the applicant is amending their original application from RU-2-6 so there will NOT BE an official public hearing on the application.

You are welcome to attend the meeting as Chairman Altman will pull the application forward to withdraw it as the request has been amended. I will be there.

We are back at Square One in the process for their amended application for R-1-11--which we also strongly oppose.
