Join us on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 5 p.m at the Brevard County Commission meeting to show a united community opposed to the rezoning of 14.37 acres of land at 1800 Turtle Mound Rd (former radio station property). The Lake Washington community is opposed to any rezoning that alters the rural residential character of our community.

The attorney for the applicant did a bait and switch at the Zoning Board hearing and is now requesting a density of R-1-11. The image in this message is a comparison of RR-1, RU-2-6 (the original request), and the latest request for R-1-11. The density is out of character for our community and speaks volumes.
