We’ve been made aware of potential violations of state law and IRS recommendations regarding the term limits of several DCS board members, including the Chair Board. According to Article 7220 and IRS guidelines, board members should not serve for more than four years to maintain a healthy, community-focused governing body.
However, some DCS board members have allegedly exceeded their term limits by 6-8 years. This issue must be addressed to ensure legal compliance, proper governance, and accountability. 🏛️👥
