Many newer Volvo car owners are unable to permanently disable the start/stop function on their cars.  Volvo released their 2019 model year cars; through the software, Volvo now allow owners to do this.

This is a simple software update for Volvo.  Volvo should update the software on every possible model they're able to; ESPECIALLY in the case where the 2018s are virtually identical to the 2019s (think: Volvo XC60), yet the 2018 continues to force owners to manually disable start/stop every time you start the car.
