Mohammed Shabini, kunstenaar te Gent, heeft uit solidariteit voor de dood van George Floyd een kunstwerk uitgebracht. Hij deed dit voor het gerechtsgebouw en noemt zijn werk 'crime scene' .
Helaas ontving hij en de organisatie VOEM (die de actie op poten zette) elk een boete van 250 euro.

Hierbij willen wij geld inzamelen om hun beiden te helpen bij het betalen van de onterechte boete. Ook hopen we hierdoor dat mensen stil staan bij de gruwelijke gebeurtenissen die zich plaatsvinden in de VS en racisme over de hele wereld.

Mohammed Shabini, artist in Ghent, has released a work of art out of solidarity for the death of George Floyd. He did this in front of the courthouse and calls his work 'crime scene'.
