Outgoing call service validity has been made chargeable

Outgoing call service validity has been made chargeable
The Issue
Problem
Telecom operators Vodafone, Airtel and Idea Cellular made a big move by phasing out talk time plans across the country. This means, you will no longer be able to make basic talk time recharges such as Rs 20, 30, 100, 200, and so on. In order to make and receive calls, you’ll now need to recharge with add on plans, STVs and long-term plans. How can they charge extra for the outgoing calls when we have enough balance in our sim card? It is the basic facility that any service providers should give. Restricting validity for existing customers who already have unlimited validity is a bad move from the company
Solution
Company should not charge any extra amount for the outgoing calls though it is a basic service or the amount should be minimum for unlimited time frame.
