13 year old, Adalyn stole and drove her mother’s vehicle, accompanied by her 13 year old friend in the passenger seat. She was under the influence and crashed into bushes where two men were sleeping. Sofio Sotelo Torres, 51, and Mateo Salvador, 33, where killed, while sleeping in the bushes in Escondido. 
Both men worked hard and were unable to afford housing, so they had been sleeping on the streets. 
The girl was arrested but later released to her parents. If not punished, this is teaching kids that they can get away with anything, including taking the lives of others, since they’re underage.
This is not the first time she drinks, this could happen again. Many people live on the streets due to the expensive housing in California, just because they’re not able to afford housing, DOESNT mean they aren’t worthy to demand justice for, they were human beings

She also smokes, drinks, and has been partying during the pandemic. She should be held accountable for her actions.

We know this girl can not be charged as an adult but we demand she is punished for her actions,  by sending her to Juvie, not at home with her parents.
