Virginia State University is making it mandatory for students to go back into the classroom which is completely not right. In the mist of a global pandemic we should have the option to take our courses online and stay on campus. Not having the option and being forced to attend classes in person is completely unprofessional. I love my institute but right now I feel like my voice does not matter. Virginia State University should allow us to be able to have options in the global pandemic. I and others do not feel comfortable going into the classroom with multiple strands of COVID-19 being presented daily. PLUS professors are not obligated to have the booster shot which makes me and others ten times scared. We just want our voices heard and be able to stay healthy and safe during the pandemic.
