The fact of having the easy pass lanes is actually a way or method the government had created to gain more income beside what taxes we pay every paycheck or every year. If the cost of each way ranges between $10-$20, that means $800 or more monthly from each car or family. 

I always travel on highway 95,395,and 495 in northern Virginia and I always have to pay in order to work. In another word if each employee or self employed or single poor mom or you can name it anything have to pay money to make money then what are the purposes of paying taxes. 

The taxes are designed to serve the country treasury and any outside expenses that the government needs to cover but on the other hand these taxes serve the cetizens such as streets and general services. 

By looking daily at the traffic in the rush hours eaither morning time or evening time I have noticed that opening those lanes to all cars will not cause any traffic anymore which every car can drive faster than normal. 

We are asking  Virginia state and the federal government to open the car pool for free for HOV+2 and any violation will be for the highest ticket could be reached such as California state. 

Please dear friends to help fight that system. The government uses our taxes to cover war that we don’t even need and desire. Most of the new visitors to the USA come and live on food stamps or welfare while making an income under the table and we are the most honest people who work hard to pay taxes and EZ-Pass.
