Approve Colonial Downs to enter into a long term agreement with a newly formed horsemen’s group called the Old Dominion Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association (ODTHA), who share the vision of bringing high quality thoroughbred racing to Virginia, and a 2015 race schedule that features a 3-day series of marquee races and 17 additional days of summer racing.

Without a contract with the ODTHA and 2015 race schedule approval, Colonial Downs racetrack and its system of statewide Off Track Betting sites will close on November 1st.
