Jonathan Montgomery was convicted of molesting a 10-year old girl when he was 14. The victim has since admitted she made up all the testimony and Montgomery is innocent. Your Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli, has thwarted all efforts to free this innocent man from state prison. Please commute his sentence while the State Court of Appeals takes their sweet time to process his acquittal of a crime he did not commit.

Letter to
Governor of Virginia Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell
Commute the Sentence of Jonathan Montgomery, an innocent man. No innocent person should be held in prison once his innocence has been established. To fail to do everything in your power to effectuate his release is to erode confidence in our criminal justice system.
