Virgin Atlantic - no phone numbers for delayed baggage + no regular comms from airlines
Why this petition matters
Having seen the number of messages in the twitter handle for virgin Atlantic airlines on delayed baggage and going through a stressful time following two baggages myself - it is apparent how poor the customer service is when it comes to delayed baggages.
There is a WhatsApp group which is not monitored and after repeated messages I only got back "Silence".
There is an email address - again with no responses from there too.
In the absence of proactive communication from the airline, and lack of any detailed update on tracker - what is the customer meant to do?
In my case I am waiting for ten days, how many more of us are having ruined holiday chasing updates?
I would urge the airline to provide a human contact customer services rep to deal with delayed baggages.
