My Mother and I where going on holiday to Tasmania prior to the covid -19 outbreak, I've lost my job and unsure of when can go on holiday again. 

Virgin wont refund out money, offering a credit only. The flight was weeks away and we booked online through flight-centre so can see no overheads or loss on their behalf.

No service was provided this is completely unfair. Please help myself and the thousand of others who are in this position. The airlines are being bailed out by the government, firing thousands of staff AND still trying to keep customers money which is not on!
