We, the undersigned Vinted users, call on the platform to immediately review its account moderation policies. In recent months, hundreds of users have suffered permanent bans or sudden suspensions based solely on mass reporting campaigns, with no real investigation, no concrete evidence, and no opportunity to defend themselves. Accounts built over years of activity, with hundreds of positive reviews and an impeccable reputation, are deleted in seconds, with an automated message that allows no appeal. 

This is not acceptable.

We demand that Vinted:

- Ensure a genuine verification process before proceeding with any permanent ban

- Provide concrete evidence to support every accusation of counterfeiting or fraud

- Offer a transparent appeals mechanism handled by real humans, not automated responses

- Protect honest sellers from organised and malicious mass-reporting campaigns

- Guarantee the recovery of pending funds in the event of an account suspension

For many users, Vinted is an important source of income. Banning an account without evidence is equivalent to taking away an honest person's livelihood.
