Everyone knows that Han was the greatest character in the Fast & Furious franchise. So great in fact, that they changed the entire timeline of the series to bring him back from the dead. But the movies had to catch up eventually and in Fast & Furious 6 we lost him for good at the hands of Deckard Shaw (played by the incomparable Jason Statham).

Now it's like the entire series has just moved on. They act like Paul Walker's character is the biggest loss while everyone is just friend's with Han's murderer now? Not to mention Shaw getting a spin-off with the Rock's character, who by the way, is stepping all over Vin Diesel's series. 

Enter Jackie Chan, Han's father out for revenge against his son's death. Kicking flipping all over the crew and testing their very definition of "family".

This is the obvious evolution of the franchise. And with the release of The Foreigner, Jackie Chan is back in the game.
