Minto needs a safe place for pet owners to take their dogs to socialize and run. Dogs need exercise in a safe environment. All towns surrounding us have a dog park why don’t we? Dogs run at large in town, they run in trails randomly the town doesn’t like this but yet fails to understand the importance of exercise for a dog.
