As a resident whose property is located on this street corner, I can say that I have witnessed a number of people breeze through the two-way stop signs without taking caution. They are not aware of the speedy upcoming traffic that they are entering, so this carelessness usually results in accidents where cars have ended up on my front lawn. Many children live in the area, and my siblings and I are always playing on the front lawn. A four-way stop sign would ensure that drivers do not speed going up the dead end onto side streets, which has been the cause of most of these accidents.
