East Hampton Village has been enforcing a beach permit to park your vehicle to access their beaches. There is no alternative for street parking near the permit areas. Enforcing this policy allows only home owners and a limited non-resident beach passes ($375 per permit).

New York State beaches should be accessible to all New Yorkers! This beach permit policy is pure discrimination of our freedom of movement rights and does not belong in this free country and state.
