Yesterday the Lift at Viking Bay Broadstairs was discussed by the above councillors and they were extremely positive in their support for this lift. They will be contacting Thanet District Council directly and I will update when I know more. The fight continues for the lifts to open, be maintained and be available permanently, all year,  for all residents and visitors to our wonderful part of Kent. British Seaside at its best.
