Hello All!
This is Craig, the founder of ThumbPRO®, back with an important update.
We're gaining momentum! With 219 signatures and counting, parents and players are sending a clear message to Little League: this ban is unfair, unsafe, and needs be overturned. Help us get to 250 signatures!
Yet, despite the growing outcry, Little League continues to ignore the concerns of parents demanding safety for young players at bat. Why are they refusing to address this issue? It’s a question they seem to hope will simply disappear.
This is about a critical issue—protecting young athletes from unnecessary hand injuries. That’s exactly what thumb protectors are designed to do—reduce bat vibration, protect players’ hands, and allow young athletes to step up to the plate with confidence, free from unnecessary pain and injury risk.

Tag Little League on social media, email them, call them, and demand answers.
Ask Little League why they’re banning safety gear that has been used for decades at all levels.
If they claim the ban prevents an unfair advantage, demand they explain their reasoning, as it is illogical.
The truth? Little League is putting players at a disadvantage by banning an important piece of safety gear. Thumb guards protect players from painful injuries—they don’t alter the bat, despite Little League’s false claims.
By banning thumb protectors, Little League isn’t leveling the playing field—they’re increasing the risk of hand injuries that can sideline young athletes or take away the joy of playing the game they love. If Little League truly stands for safety and fairness, why are they stripping players of the choice to use a simple piece of protective gear designed to keep their hands safe?
Ask Little League to explain—and decide for yourself if their answer holds up.
Every player, including youth athletes, deserves the right to protect their hands. Yet, Little League has intentionally removed this option, and their reasoning simply doesn’t add up.
Parents, It’s Up to Us to Keep Pushing!
Now, as the season gets under way, is the time to keep the momentum going.
Let’s rally to reach 250 signatures and make sure every parent, coach, and player understands what’s at stake.
Share this petition, alert other families, and spread the word on social media.
Keep standing up for your kids—because youth safety at the plate should not be up for debate.
Wishing you and your athlete a great season!
Best, Craig Founder, ThumbPRO®
