Victory Lakes is a massive neighborhood with one pool. This ammenity should be open daily at 10 am all season long to accommodate the wide variety of families' schedules and allow everyone equal opportunity to use the pool. Nearby neighborhoods like Braemar are open at 10 am and feature high numbers of visitors--especialy those with young children. In fact, some VL residents visit these pools with their friends' guest passes. If VL opened in the morning daily, we could use pool passes to have friends visit our pools too. The increase in revenue from the additional passes used may be enough to cover the extra hours worked so that an increased HOA fee is not imposed. We recognize that much of the workforce is high school students. However, whoever works at 1pm during the week is most likely not in public school and therefore able come in at 10 am. As our neighborhood continues to grow with additional townhomes and new babies, we should extend our pool hours to accommodate everyone.
