Leah had Gamma Knife in San Diego in 2004. It treated 9 brain tumours in one day. She went back to work a week later. Gamma Knife had been used since 1968!!! Victoria up is celebrating 1 year of its service. This lagging behind the world is not good enough. The Govts and media knew in 2004 as we went very public in the quest to get Gamma Knife (for brain only) and Cyberknife (for cancers throughout body) to Australia.

Melbournes Cyberknife is now 9 years overdue. I am assisting a Queensland lady at present who needs access to Cyberknife but with Perth’s border being closed and a long waiting list it’s very hard to get to.
