Victoria has graciously offered to cover all expenses & rehome lennox to the safety of the USA ! Belfastcc will not even acknowledge her uegent pleas to rehome lennox & that is what this petition intends for belfastcc  to grant victoria permission to to rehome lennox to a loving furever family
