Hello Full Time 1Ls!

My name is Victoria and I am running to be your Vice President on SBA. I’m 27, with a demonstrated passion for government and public service. 

I have first hand experience in Federal and State Governments—in the Senate and Governor’s Office respectively. 

That’s not the only reason why I want you to consider me. 

1. I’m passionate about democracy and having your voice heard in class decisions.
2. I hope to translate my professional experience into tangible results for the needs of the class. How can I help connect you with resources? Get involved? Bring important voices to campus?
3. I have collegiate leadership experience serving with Blue Key and my sorority to guide challenging decisions and hosting campus wide events.
4. In 2021, I led a successful petition leading to the in-person graduation of my class at the University of Toledo, working with the administration to hear students’ voices and incorporate them into their decision making.
5. I am here to listen. I have worked with people in a wide range of beliefs, socioeconomic backgrounds, cultural differences, and people who just straight up do not agree with me. I never take it personally, and I’ll always, always listen.
