Lights were to be installed at the crosswalk last year but they had underground pipe issued to deal with so that was the delay. The City of Victoria has taken ownership for this crosswalk and will be installing pedestrian-controlled lights this spring/summer. The petition has been sent to Victoria Mayor and Council in hopes to expedite the process. Thanks to all who signed. You are awesome neighbours and neighbourhood supporters!
