My name is Raymond foggle when I was 16 I got hit with Dallas police car woke up hogtied and was getting beaten I had a outta body experience even afterwards I came too I was still getting beat once they stop they untied my legs and picked me up that’s when urinate comes down my legs they made fun of that and I was told the ambulance was coming and that I couldn’t not go and if I did, that they would find me and kill me!
