Are you aware that our government by an act of Congress put a Cannanite diety owl "MOLOCH" on U.S. Reserve Notes the same time made up a belief that "MARIJUANA" Mary and Juan racial profiling aka MARIHUANA TAX ACT OF 1937 stating that one who possessing "Marijuana" was believed to use an unknown plant matter into an alcohol extraction concentration drug.

So basically using the term "Marijuana" by any State, Municipal or Federal Government is a violation of "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." Separation of Church and State.

Historical update... The MARIHUANA TAX ACT OF 1937 was ruled Unconstitutional in Leary Vs. United States. What followed was The Controlled Substance Act which solidified U.S. Congress involvement in creating a racial profiling tax belief system that continued to religiously persecute and inquisition by way of the "War on Drugs" and asset forfeiture and incarcerating in a prison system that included exchanging dollars for dead prisoners by way of institutional insurance. Those that survived, while incarcerated were denied access to essential medical cannabis. Which is a violation according to the 9th circuit case: Zeeman v. United States District Court District of Hawaii Probation Office et al, which proved medical care does not stop due to arrest, sentence and probation or parole. Furthermore, while many major religions recognize the spiritual practices of the artifact of cannabis as a sacramental use and yet institutionalized persons are deprived access to their religious freedom which is a federal crime and violation of constitutional freedom of religion under color of law and the religious land use and institutionalized persons act.
