Finally a response from VicRoads which is actually no response...it is meant to take 7 working days, so far it's taken 17 working days. I feel like I am in a storyline from the TV show Utopia:-)

I have again been in touch with David Morris to seek his help to arrange a meeting. Will keep you posted!
