Anti-freeze contains Ethylene Glycol which is very attractive to cats (and dogs).  It smells and tastes good to them.  Unfortunately it is highly toxic and once ingested usually results in death.  It is an awful way for them to die and so unnecessary.  Manufacturers of anti-freeze need to include an additive that will make it unappealing to animals.  I strongly believe that if a child were to drink it and died, a solution would be found immediately.  Why should it be any different when an animal dies.  This petition will be sent to all anti-freeze manufacturers and if they don't act on it I will petition Parliament.
