As our petition continues to grow, I wanted to check-in with everyone currently navigating the VFS system.
We have had heared about minor portal updates or process changes from VFS, but on the ground, the feedback coming to us tells a very different story. Everyday applicants are still reporting severe operational friction:
- Restricted Access: Unprovoked "session timeout" screens, CAPTCHA loops, or immediate IP blocks when trying to log in.
- Slot Scarcity: Appointment calendars showing empty for weeks, only for slots to disappear within seconds.
- Persistent Friction: Ongoing pressure to purchase optional "premium" services or courier add-ons just to move forward.
