We now have over 540 signatures! Our momentum continues to grow rapidly. With recent major press investigations shedding light on these exact systemic issues, our timing couldn't be more critical.
To build a bulletproof case for regulatory bodies and ministries, we are officially opening our secure evidence portal. If you have faced portal blockades, high-pressure upcharges, or forced courier fees, we need your data. It’s time to back our numbers with undeniable data.
How to securely upload your evidence
We have set up a streamlined, secure upload portal. You can access it directly here:

What we are collecting:
- Glitch screenshots: Portal blockades, infinite loading wheels, or "403 Forbidden" errors.
- Receipts & invoices: Proof of mandatory "premium" fees, unrequested assurance charges, or forced counter courier fees.
- Email chains: Correspondence where standard support was closed without resolution or you were pushed to paid tiers.
Privacy first - your safety guidelines
Before you upload any document, please protect your privacy by following these quick steps:
- Redact sensitive info: Open your image or PDF and use a marker tool or crop function to completely cross out/blur highly sensitive data like passport numbers, full home addresses, or bank card details.
- Keep the essentials visible: Ensure the VFS branding, dates, times, fee amounts, and the specific error messages remain completely visible.
- Optional anonymity: The upload form does not collect your email address or Google identity.
