Janine Marie Oliver started out as a physical therapist in 1987 in the state of Florida her license were revoked in 1999 for almost killing her patient. Her court record states that she is a danger to society and her patients. She moved on with her life and become a veterinarian in North Carolina in 2008 . In 2018 she had multiple citations brought against her at the North Carolina vet board for malpractice. Then again in 2020 over 100 cases of Neglect, animal abuse, malpractice was turned into the North Carolina vet board along with documentation that she was treating humans inside of the vet hospital giving them injections of a controlled substance . All of the proof was handed over to the North Carolina vet board. During her investigation at the North Carolina vet board (case number 8 ) out of over 100 Janine Oliver decided to surrender her license so that she would not have to face any further penalties, including animal abuse and possible felony charges for medically treating humans . But she played the system because during the investigation she applied for veterinary license in Rhode Island ,and was approved. Now she is working at Banfield Johnston Rhode Island and has already had cases reported against her for animal abuse. How many more animals are going to have to suffer and die before someone finally listens. She should be arrested and never work in any kind of medical field again. When her court record states that she is a danger to society and her patients in human medicine. She decided to go to a medical field where the patient didn’t have a voice of their own.
