Direct train service, "one-seat-ride" (OSR), between New York Penn Station and Bay Head, New Jersey will eliminate inconvenient transfers at Newark or Long Branch station.  This will create greater accessibility to New Jersey communities, with the potential to greatly increase tourism, local business, and residency.

In other communities, changed service to "OSR" has improved quality of life, as well as the development and sustainability of those communities.  By signing this petition you are expressing your personal need for a shorter commute, more time with family and friends and/or increased business in Asbury Park, Belmar, Point Pleasant Beach, Manasquan and many other vibrant New Jersey towns.
