Help Ayleen Ramirez get the attention her case deserves. We need her back in Texas!
The Issue

The Dreamers2gether Inc. team is reaching out on behalf of Ayleen Ramirez. We want to draw your attention towards yet another young immigrant who was unfairly denied reentry back in the United States.
Ayleen Ramirez was raised in the US, like many other dreamers/immigrants, this country is the only home she ever knew. Even before turning 18 she was on track to be a resident and abide by all the laws of this country. However, when she turned 18 and became a legal adult she was instructed by her lawyer at the time to leave the country and wait in Ciudad Juarez for her consular interview. She waited for 3 years and was just recently interviewed where she was denied and also barred from reentering the US due to being brought into the country at 4 years old. She was told that because of someone else's decision to bring her in, Ayleen now had to pay for it. She asked for more information and was only threatened with security if she did not stand up and leave.
Ayleen has been alone in a country that birthed her, but a country she did not know. She has been alone with only occasional visits from her family. She had to learn how to survive alone at 18 in the unknown waiting for an interview that would give her her ticket back home. Instead she encountered yet another road block.
Her family has not stopped fighting for one single day. They have had to take time off of work to visit her because they can't relocate with her being that Ayleen is currently is danger. She has had to quit her job and only source of income due to the hostile situation of where she currently is. Ayleen is not living, she is merely surviving after trying to follow the law and still being punished for doing so. Her father was recently there visiting her and received the blunt end of the danger Ayleen is in.
